WebCobweb mold will stick to the QTip and mycelium will stay with the substrate. Just did a Q-tip test and it doesn’t stick. I would say most likely not cobweb mold. Keep an eye on it and watch its growth. Cobweb mold spreads much much faster than mycelium does. Or wet Q-tip with peroxide. Touch it.
