Web11 Apr 2024 · “Project Me is essentially four mental health support teams consolidated into one service that supports children and young people in about 83% of schools in Swindon. We work in schools delivering mental health interventions like one-to-one low-intensity CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), distress tolerance, grounding and mindfulness training. WebSo, in 2024/22, we refocused to respond to the biggest threats to our mental health. The threats people tell us matter most. We ramped up our work with people from racialised communities, young people and people living in poverty. They all face a disproportionate struggle to get support and respect.
