I set Debug to 1 and I get the message that the patch is loading. That's good. I set the TPS to 1000. I can't tell if anything loads faster. I still have to sit and wait and wait for the clothes to load. If you don't know what this does, it increases performance in CAS/CASt/Build/Buy and even Live mode in some occasions.
